Real Estate ARTvertisements Are the Next BIG Thing!
I'm not going to kid myself (or you) by making this assertion. In fact, Loftninja has always made ARTvertisements in place of his real estate ads because, well..let's face it, people get sick of having smoke blown up their ass when trying to find a place to live. Loftninja primarily helps artists find new places to live and work, therefore ARTvertisements naturally weed out those who he'd rather not work with. So here you go...these go back to 2003 when Loftninja was virtually the only real estate agent in Brooklyn and people in NYC (especially those living in Manhattan) would never even think of living in Brooklyn. As one of the first 5 real estate bloggers EVER, you can imagine why Loftninja might have never stayed in real estate if it weren't for ARTvertising. What do you think?
